Dear ...................................,

A Last Will and Testament is not

A Living Will, which is not anything like

A Living Trust, which is just another name for

A Revocable Trust, which is totally different from

An Irrevocable Trust, which can cause tax disasters or tax savings, such as

An Insurance Trust which can make life insurance tax-free if you're careful, but is not

A Credit Sheltered Trust, which is the same as an A/B Trust and

A Bypass Trust, and which really belongs inside a Revocable Trust or a Will, same as

An IRA Trust, which gives pensions to others if you don't spend it all first, but needs

A Designation of Beneficiary form for your Plans and IRAs, which is different from

A Designation of Beneficiary form for life insurance, which could be fixed under

A Financial Power of Attorney, if you're disabled but which has nothing to do with

A Healthcare Power of Attorney, which is much, much better than

A Living Will, which isn't

An Ethical Will, which, like everything else above, has nothing to do with

A Simple Will, because if you have assets, keeping them isn't simple.
